Established in 2020, bad ideas is a digital and print magazine that provides a home for failed ideas, and the people behind them. Our mission is to reflect on the mistakes and missteps of yesterday, question the validity of choices being made today and inspire better ideas moving forward. Like the good, bad ideas permeate all aspects of our lives, from the wild to the mild, from government policy, to consumer and romantic choices. We address these areas under categories of content: news, politics, science, and culture.
bad ideas also hosts quarterly events where policy experts, academics, scientists and entrepreneurs explore their worst ideas, and sometimes, how bad ideas can actually go right. For access to these events, subscribe here.
